Rod Stewart has bought Great Britain for £18 million.

According to the Daily Star he has bought the land rights to a fake island from the Crown Prince of Dubai who is funding the £1.7 billion project.
The development has been specially built in the Arabian Gulf off the United Arab Emirates.
The 10-acre island is part of a development called The World - consisting of hundreds of man-made islands, each representing a country, state or city. The are arranged to look like a map of the world when viewed from above.
A source close to the project said: "it's going to be completely blank. He can do absolutely what he wants with it except build a casino, because of the strict gambling laws."
The island can only be accessed by special exclusive flights or sea ferries and are edged with miles of golden beaches.
Madonna and Sir Elton John are among the stars said to be interested in the development.

Well that beats a fake watch, I guess!
