Thank Crunchie It's Friday

Right. That's it. The week is over!

Early mark this afternoon and a night out with the men in tights tonight.
Hopefully the pollution of the last few weeks will be blown away this weekend by a round of frolics and fun.

Had a phone call from a daughter of a friend of mine, she is taking a 'Gap Year' and heading off to the Maldives to work with local children educating them about ways to protect their environment (ok so nothing is really going to work, but it sounds good to me!)

That realllllllly beats the 'student rail pass around Europe' that I got up to!

Anyway after her 4 months in the Maldives (gosh that is going to be so tough!) she is off to Aus and NZ, she just called to see if she could slot in a HK trip on the way home - obviously by that time she will have run out of money, but hey that's what Auntie Mia is for isn't it!
I told her that of course she was welcome and if time permitted then we should take a trip up to Shanghai or Beijing as well.
Anything to keep her out of the clutches of dodgy Hong Kong, she is a beautiful 19 year old who will arrive sun kissed from Australia, so LKF should be fun!

Mia - since you have clearly been entrusted to educate yout friends daughter - and as such you have admitted to having never been disapointed by a Scotsman...surely it is your duty to share this tip with her.

I would ofcourse be happy to volunteer my services to look after her chaperone whilst the better looking younger studs seek her attention.

Actually, she will be going to uni in Scotland, so I think she has sussed that one out all ready.

And anyway, she's not coming to HK till next spring, do I have to wait till then?
