That's not right!
I just walked past a building that had scaffolding around it, then had to turn back and check that I'd really seen what I thought I'd seen. They were using metal scaffolding poles, not bamboo!
What is Hong Kong coming too!

Next time you see steel scaffolding - look to see how it has been put up. The last steel I saw was built in the same way the put up bamboo.
