e bay madness!

Had a chat with my sib yesterday, he's selling off all my 7" singles (Duran Duran, Wham etc) from my youth on eBay for me, I've never actually been on to eBay before but it all got a bit exciting last night when there developed an actually bidding war for 'Wake me up before you go go' ....... well then I had to have a look around myself and decided to bid on another item that was nearly out of time, I was the highest bidder for 4 hours but then I was tired and wanted to go to bed, but no I ended up sitting up till 1am but was rewarded with

Congratulations! You won the item

Oh that was easy, so I bid on something else and got that tooooo.

Today however I've just logged on and got

You've been outbid. Bid again for another chance to win this item.

Maybe it's for the best. Quit while I am ahead!

Just got an email back, I'd sent out last night, in it I said .........

Yes you are right, it is very late and I'm really tired, but I can't go to bed as I've just bid for something on ebay and its closing in 51 mins and 52 seconds! ......

Ohhh I just thought, I can buy Christmas presents for family and friends in the UK this way!

And no need to worry about postage from HK! hmmmmmm don't think Granny will be too impressed though!
