Not eating

I had a bit of a stressful week last week, thank goodness its Saturday!
But one of the strange side effects was that I lost my appetite. I can honestly say that other than a few cans of sprite and a couple of bottles of water I have only eaten the following this week.

Monday - 4pm Chicken and rice from Chicken on the Run, and that was because a friend invited me to join her with her delivery to make it worth while!
Tuesday - Bread and Cheese for supper
Wednesday - nothing, all day - got to bed late and realised I was hungry.
Thursday - 2 slices of Thanksgiving turkey, cranberry sauce and some potatoes for lunch and a bowl of peas for supper.
Friday - A magnum for lunch, bread and cheese for supper.

No wonder I got sqwiffy on a couple of glasses of wine last night!

I actually have been walking around the whole week as if I were high, its been not an unpleasant sensation, and I really really am not feeling at all hungry. Most odd. I could see myself getting addicted to this quite easily.

Have had a packet of fudge open all week that I've dipped into from time to time, that just helps with the sugar rush!

BUT I realise that I must have some protein, so am forcing myself to eat a couple of lamb chops today for lunch, well early afternoon snack really. Then perhaps I will stop my head swimming a bit!
