Speaking the same language

I was talking to Steve this morning about my feeling out of sorts due to lack of PDA as mentioned here, his reply was

Yes I did notice how it was with X (first visitor).

But then, as much as you say you "need" hugs, you need to know that Y (2nd visitor) loves you...............which you know already. The hug may be a positive reinforcement of that, but you shouldn't be reliant on that in the face of so much obvious affection. Y has always been very close to you. He may not be big on hugs or physical displays of affection, but don't you think it is a little unfair to discount the very real love and affection that does exist by setting your own rules on what is required to display it?

He loves you unconditionally. He always has and always will.

Well thats all true, but still I know I need to be around people who speak my language.
