Brush it your self

I was just reading this and that got me thinking, I don't think I've ever helped anyone over the age of 4 brush their teeth nor has anyone apart from a dentist - and they know what they are doing, ever brushed mine.

It's such an individual task that we all do (at least twice a day right?) but one that doesn't get much thought.
When I brush my teeth in the mornings I also use that time to practice my belly dancing shimmies (my instructor swears its the best time to practice) but when I brush my teeth at any other time of the day I don't do anything else. I just stand and brush letting my thoughts wander for that 2 minutes.

I brush my kids teeth every night. It's fun, when they cooperate.

RP, yes as every parent should! up till the age of at least 4 - and dentist say you should carry on checking how well they have brushed themselves till after the big teeth have started coming in........ as if there are not enough battles to deal with :)
