Just had a quick chat with a teenager daughter of a friend of mine, she told me how she and some friends had spent the night out camping at the bottom of a nearby field, she was most pleased with herself that the fire stayed lit all night long, I expressed a little surprise at that (after years of Boy Scout adventures of my own) till she confessed, they had taken a large amount of coal on their camping trip!
She also said it was a shame they didnt realise that the tent posts/poles/pegs/ropes were colour coded, as they had poles left over after putting up the tents ......
Oh dear Oh dear, the youth of today! :)
