I went to pick up my 'art' from my session on Saturday and I've found out that Champagne imbibing while putting the finishing touches to my masterpiece results in a rather naff canvas in the sober cold light of day. The turquoise base is ok ish, its the smears of silver that are just wrong.
Ah well, it was an entertaining night! My friend K wants to hire out the place for her birthday but out of 25 guests there is only myself and one other who are willing to let our creative juices flow, so I suspect that she will have to fall back on Plan B - go and get tipsy somewhere a little less arty!
And no I won't be posting a photograph of the turquoise piece. I'm far too thin skinned for that!
