I've just been talking to the lovely friendly people at Asia Miles, however it took me a while to talk to a real person as of course I had to go through the whole Press 1 for English routine.

So just for reference, if you want to speak to a real person via the AsiaMiles enquiry line this is the quickest way.

Press 1 for English
Press 2 (if your an Asia Miles member)
Input your membership number, followed by #
Press 0

Your call will be transferred to a customer relations officer AKA A real person!
