Well, much to my great surprise I've found that so far this year (yes yes I know its only the 20th January!) I've been able to keep to my promise (to myself) of exercising more ...... with the aim to get a tad fitter and to loose some weight.
I know I'm fitter because I am handling the stairs in my building with a lot more ease, I walk/jog/run depending on footware down all of them everyday, (not so easy in my knee high boots, but has been done on a few occasions) and also walk up at least 20 flights a day, no matter what I'm carrying! In the shower I've discovered that certain parts of me are firmer, thats got to be good! And so today I stood on the scales to find I've lost half a turkey.
A nibble on Breast or Leg anyone?
